Riding high from the success of their sold out UK tour, indie-rock quartet The K’s have just released their brand?new single ‘Me And Your Sister’ – the latest preview from their much-anticipated second album ’Pretty On The Internet’, set for release Friday, July 25th??2025.

Frontman Jamie Boyle’s knack for storytelling, evident in earlier tracks like ’Sarajevo’, ‘Got A Feeling’ and ‘Breakdown In My Bedroom’, shines through once more, with the upbeat track blending punchy guitar hooks, tight rhythms, and emotionally resonant lyrics to create a compelling indie anthem.
Speaking of the theme of the song, Boyle says: “I’m probably best known for my brutally honest, real-time documentation of the chaos constantly unfolding in my head—and the mental struggles that come with it. But with ‘Me and Your Sister’, I wanted to take a slightly less serious route. It’s a first-hand account of hyping yourself up for a big moment with a girl, only to completely bottle it—rambling nonsense and cringing through the aftermath. It’s a tongue-in-cheek retelling of a painfully familiar experience that, if we’re being honest, most people know a little too well.”
