    Britain’s Got Talent 2016 Final: What we know so far

    We’ve seen the fascinating, the brilliant and slightly odd acts from across Britain but now BGT’s Semi Finals have ended.

    And with the last episode of the series coming up soon, we couldn’t think of a better reason than to recap all our knowledge on this weekends grand final.

    When is it?

    The final airs this Saturday at 7.30pm on ITV and will last for 2 hours and 30 minutes.

They are joined by the nation’s favourite TV duo Ant & Dec, who will be on hand to encourage, congratulate and commiserate the variety of acts whilst guiding the audience through the auditions. With thousands of people applying, viewers can expect to be amazed and astounded by the remarkable line-up of acts competing to be crowned this year’s winner and secure an incredible £250,000 and the opportunity to perform at the Royal Variety Performance 2016. The past decade has seen some of the most exciting and entertaining winners from Paul Potts to Diversity, Ashleigh & Pudsey to Attraction. And it’s not only the winners who have delivered some of our most memorable moments on television; there was singer Susan Boyle, comedian Jack Carroll, magician Darcy Oake and of course, the dog that hypnotised Simon - to name a few. This year’s series is sure to provide many more must see moments.

    Who will guest perform?

    As usual, the show will have numerous performances from a range of famous guests, including a performance from Clean Bandit featuring X Factor winner, Louisa Johnson.

    It will also feature a special performance from past BGT acts, including Diversity and Ashleigh and Pudsey and more.
