Calvin Harris was involved in a pretty serious car accident in Los Angeles on Friday night – severe enough to call for an ambulance ride and a few canceled performances.
The DJ was a passenger during a ride to the airport when another car crossed into his lane and collided with his SUV. The other car involved was carrying a number of young teenagers, one of which was ejected from the car. Harris ended up with some pretty nasty cuts and lacerations to his face and was immediately transported to the hospital. He is said to be doing well and recovering at this time. There’s no word on the rest of those involved in the crash, but Harris’ spokesperson has said the entire team wishes them a speedy recovery.
Because of the accident, Harris was forced to pull out of a Las Vegas appearance and a performance in Alabama, both of which were scheduled for this weekend.
