Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly have finally released the video to accompany their collaboration on the song ‘Bad Things’. Since the single and beautiful lyric video dropped, we’ve been waiting to see what the pair would do for the music video.
The video dropped early today and blew us away with its captivating storyline. Directed by Hannah Lux Davis, the video stars Camila and Machine Gun Kelly in a dysfunctional relationship. Essentially, they do some bad things to each other and other people, but still love each other. Some highlights of the video include flashbacks to younger versions of the couple, and Camila making a plate of eggs that are rejected by Machine Gun Kelly. The video ends on a cliffhanger when the pair is cornered by the police on the edge of a tall building. The two have great chemistry on screen and seem to be good pals in real life too!

Camila posted on Instagram about their creation, saying: “We had the most amazing time bringing these two characters to life and diving into their stories…I just hope it makes you feel something”. This is the second song Camila has made without her bandmates in Fifth Harmony after she collaborated with Shawn Mendes on ‘I Know What You Did Last Summer’. She’s still very committed to her group, but it’s lovely to see her exploring her own path musically. We’re excited to see what other projects she has up her sleeve!
