‘Havana’ was originally released as a promo track from her forthcoming debut album The Hurting, The Healing, The Loving, alongside ‘OMG’. Written by Camila Cabello, Young Thug, Brittany Hazzard, Ali Tamposi, Brian Lee, Andrew Watt, Pharrell Williams, and Louis Bell, fans and music lovers quickly fell in love with ‘Havana’. Due to its overwhelming success, it was subsequently confirmed as an official single.
‘Havana’ follows on from Camila’s debut solo hit ‘Crying In The Club’, which spent 11 weeks in the UK top 40. The track also reached a new milestone today after being certified Gold. BPI confirmed that ‘Crying In The Club’ has sold over 400,000 copies in the UK.
