Excited for some good pop? CAPPA and Yuppycult got you covered today!
Singer-songwriter CAPPA, whose music was hailed by SPIN as “equal parts Grimes, Max Martin and PC Music”, returns to the musical spotlight today and we are more than thankful for it.
Her latest release is titled “Change My Mind” and was created in collaboration with Yuppycult, a writer and producer who is also known as one half of the duo Timeflies.
“Change My Mind” stays true to CAPPA’s nature of crafting quality pop music: the song quite simply ticks all of the boxes for us.
Musically, the track has sort of a “Felix Snow and Terror Jr” vibe to it, as it is filled with vocal chops, synthy drops and boppy elements. “Change My Mind” is light and easy and it is just so much fun to listen to.
Basically a perfect feel-good summer song that immediately gets stuck in your head and makes you feel good.
