UK-based rock-pop singer-songwriter Chandra recently unveiled his latest single/music video, “Lighters To The Sky,” revealing a stirring message of hope.
Chandra explains, “This is basically a love song to all the people who have a dream but are struggling… who know deep down inside what they want to do but can’t find the support they need to follow it through” continues Chandra. It’s also as much about people recognizing that they can help someone in spades just by being a little bit supportive. “Lighters To The Sky” follows on the heels of “In This Together,” “Little Smiles,” and “Over the Waterfall,” highlighting Chandra’s amazing vocals, at once powerful and dripping with smooth, melodic tones.
The video, scripted, shot, and edited by Chandra, narrates the stories of two protagonists – a young dancer, pursuing her dream of becoming a professional dancer and a mother of two children, who is trying to regain her health, physically and emotionally.
