Daisy Lowe has become the 7th celebrity to be voted off Strictly Come Dancing.
Lowe and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec performed an energetic salsa on Saturday nights show, scoring 31 points, finishing joint 6th on the leaderboard.
Strictly head judge Len Goodman said “I was twitching and gyrating all the way through. Who better than to give us a bit of flower power than a Daisy.”
“You came out and you sold it – went out with rhythm and sparkle. There was a little blunder, but you made a mistake and carried on.”
Bruno Tonioli praised the pair saying he loved the “retro styling”.
Craig Revel Horwood described Daisy’s footwork as “haphazard” and said that the routine was dis-jointed.
Ballerina Darcey Bussell disagreed saying “you were hot and groovy, you came out and caught that attitude.”
When it came to Sunday nights Strictly results show, Daisy and Aljaz found themselves in the dance off with Olympian Greg Rutherford.
Once both couples had performed their routines again it was down to the judges to decide who was next to leave the competition.
Horwood and Bussell decided to save Rutherford whilst Bruno voted to save Daisy, meaning it was left to head judge Goodman to decide the couples fate.
Agreeing with Craig and Darcey, Len decided to save Greg and his partner Natalie Lowe.
