A Wrinkle In Time, Ava DuVernay’s film adaptation of Madeleine L’Engle’s novel, is due to be released in cinemas on March 9. The accompanying soundtrack will be released on the same day and we can expect some incredible new numbers from several of our favourite artists.
Demi Lovato and DJ Khaled, who will be heading out on a North American tour in a week’s time, have joined forces for a new track called ‘I Believe’. Posting a snippet on Twitter, Demi shared her excitement over the track, which looks set to be an anthem.

Sia, who is undeniably the queen of soundtracks at this point, will feature with a new song called ‘Magic’. Sade has also contributed a track called ‘Flower of the Universe’ to the soundtrack after being approached by director DuVernay. It will be her first new song in almost eight years.
Chloe x Halle, stars of grown-ish, are contributing a powerful offering called ‘Warrior’, whilst Kehlani will include new song ‘Let Me Live’.

The soundtrack will also feature a score by Game of Thrones and Westworld composer Ramin Djawadi.
A Wrinkle In Time tells the story of 13-year-old Meg Murry who is transported on a journey through time and space to rescue her father from evil forces holding him prisoner on another planet. The movie adaptation stars Oprah Winfrey, Reese Witherspoon, Mindy Kaling, Storm Reid, Zach Galifianakis, and Chris Pine.
