Demi Lovato has unveiled a new track called ‘Still Have Me’, a raw, emotional and powerful ballad.
The vocal powerhouse is no stranger to showcasing her vulnerability through her music, but ‘Still Have Me’ is one of her most honest songs to date. Despite continuously going through hardships, Demi always rises like a phoenix from the ashes.
“I don’t have much but at least I still have me”, she sings as she tells herself that despite it all, she will always have herself to depend on.
Along with the release of ‘Still Have Me’, a new Duke & Jones remix of ‘OK Not To Be OK’, her collaboration with Marshmello, has also been unveiled. The remix comes accompanied by a new music video which gives the track a different edge.
‘OK Not To Be OK’ was originally released back in September on National Suicide Prevention Day. The track supports Hope For The Day (HFTD), a non-profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education.
Since its release, ‘OK Not To Be OK’ has garnered more than 23 million streams on Spotify and has peaked at number one on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Sales Chart.
If you’re missing seeing Demi perform live then you’re in luck – she has been confirmed as one of the performers at this year’s Billboard Music Awards. She will be unveiling the world premiere performance of new music on October 14.
‘Still Have Me’ is available to download and stream now.
