Dua Lipa Cancels Performance at Orlando Show with Dillon Francis

Due to loss of voice, English pop singer Dua Lipa has cancelled her Dec. 16 performance at an Orlando, Fla. co-concert with American DJ Dillon Francis.

The talented 22-year-old, most well-known for her hit single “New Rules”, tweeted an explanatory video Saturday morning. In the video, Lipa refers to how she never fully covered after getting sick late November in Chicago, Ill.

Fans were quick to express their wishes for Lipa’s full recovery.

Dillon Francis and opening act Yokai will still hold the concert despite Lipa’s absence. According to the venue, tickets are nonrefundable and will only be refunded at purchase point.
