With one of our favourite TV shows, Pretty Little Liars, coming to an end next year, we’ve been wondering how we’re going to cope without the twists and turns of Rosewood in our lives.
Never fear, Episode is here to save the day and to give Pretty Little Liars a platform to live on via a mobile game. The interactive story app, home to Demi Lovato: Path to Fame and Mean Girls: Senior Year, will allow users to follow their favourite characters throughout a new PLL story.
In the game, the user will be a new student at Rosewood High School, and will be befriended by Alison DiLaurentis. They’ll also befriend Aria, Hanna, Spencer and Emily, and when Alison goes missing, the gang will start receiving messages from “A”. The choices made by the user throughout will affect how the plot thickens, and it will certainly leave you scratching your head as to the identity of “A” all over again. You’ll also get to experience life as one of the Liars, which is exciting for any fan of the show!
Of the release, Michael Dawson, Episode’s head of studio, said: “Pretty Little Liars is one of the most memorable shows of this generation. It made perfect sense for Pretty Little Liars to come to Episode, and we’re thrilled to give people a unique way to explore the mysteries of Rosewood.”
As well as the news of this mobile game, a teaser trailer for the final season was recently released. With the hashtag #PLLEndGame, we can expect plenty more drama, twists, and turns during the final ten epidodes. As usual, the trailer leaves us asking more questions than we were already!
The Pretty Little Liars game on Episode is available to download now on the App Store and Google Play. The app is free to download, however, there will be a charge for certain aspects of the game, such as additional chapters.
#PLLEndGame beings on Freeform on April 18, 2017.
