Singer-songwriter RALFY speaks to CelebMix ahead of the release to his latest single, ‘Charger’ which was co-written by RAYE.
RALFY is a British newcomer to the music industry and he is proving himself with latest single, ‘Charger’. With his previous release ‘TERRIBLY CUTE‘ being two years ago, the Indie singer-songwriter is making a swift yet impressive return to the music scene.
‘Charger’ was co-written by RAYE, who you may recognise as one of the biggest artists in the British music scene right now. Her latest single, ‘Cigarette‘ features the impeccable female artists, Mabel and Stefflon Don. RAYE also features on Kojo Funds’ sizzler of a single, ‘Check’.

Q: RALFY, How does it feel having your latest single ‘Charger’ out there?
A: It feels pretty amazing!
Q: How would you describe yourself as an artist to our people who are yet to discover you?
A: I’ve been told I’m weird, apparently!
Q: ‘Charger’ was written by yourself and RAYE, what was working with her like?
A: She’s a legend! Also, she has this mad creative flow and an inspiring work ethic.
Q: Who are your biggest idols/inspirations?
A: Lily Allen, Ian Dury, Madness, Two Door Cinema Club, Bombay Bicycle Club. Interesting lyrics always get me going!
Q: Who would be your dream collaboration to work with?
A: I would love to work on some weird pop anthem with Francis and The Lights and Chance The Rapper.
Q: What can CelebMix readers expect from you following Charger’s release?
A: More music!
