So, Wednesday (21st of October 2015) was the day that many 80s film fanatics branded to be Back To The Future day.
This was the day that Doc Brown and Marty McFly travel from the 1985 to 2015 in the second installment of the Back To The Future films.
The creators of the film had some VERY great ideas of what 2015 would be like, from clothes that self dry, to hover boards (which we still don’t have!) to shoes that tie themselves!
As it happens, Nike has officially created an exact match to the sneakers Marty McFly wore in the movie, ‘Nike’s Back To The Future MAG Sneakers’, replicas have been created in the past, but they didn’t really tie themselves, they just looked like the sneakers from the film.
However, in 2015, these new sneakers have been created and actually tie the laces themselves. Great Scott, it’s reality! The first pair were given to Michael J Fox himself!

However, everyone else will have to wait until 2016 until we are within a chance of getting our hands on the free lance lacing shoes!!
