Rewind two years and British boyband The Vamps would have just released their debut album ‘Meet The Vamps’. In order to celebrate this special day, we’ve brought together a collection of our top five tracks from the release to remind everyone just why this album is so very special.

    5. Can We Dance

Our top five wouldn’t be right without including the band’s very first single ‘Can We Dance’. This track made many people (including us!) fall in love with the band, instantly giving us our first real taste of The Vamps charm. Ever since we’ve had the dream of attending one of the guys’ house parties but sadly it’s yet to happen… Maybe next time guys?

    4. Risk it All

Every album needs a beautiful, emotion infused track and ‘Risk It All’ fits the bill perfectly. Ever since we first heard this track about following your heart and risking it all for that special person, it’s been one of the fanbases favourite tracks. It’s huge chorus is renowned for bringing the audience to tears at live shows because it’s just THAT beautiful to witness.

    3. Move My Way

Throughout The Vamily, this track has a reputation for being the one which made us all fall head over heels for James McVey and his songwriting abilities. This throwback video of James singing his original track never fails to warm our hearts, packed with lashing of emotions it’s a truly magical number. You go, James!

    2. Girls on TV

We absolutely love that ‘Girls On TV’ steps away from the band’s usual sound and brings in a more drum orientated and tropical sound. We know that might sound like a weird combination but it’s honestly the perfect mix. The fact Rihanna and BeyoncĂ© make this a fun little number, which we always end up getting up and dancing to like nobody is watching except sadly they are…

    1. Last Night

Arguably the highlight of Meet The Vamps is the quartet’s third single ‘Last Night’. The guys really do specialise in upbeat numbers which make you want to get up, chant along and have a little party. This track has become a fan favourite because it’s one of those relatable tracks about nights we all know far too well and feel a little too hard from in the morning!

Today the Vamily will be celebrating, as when we take a moment to look back across the last two years and what’s been achieved by the quartet, we can’t help but feel incredibly proud. Album number two has been released with a third currently being worked on, a world tour is being embarked on visiting distant countries and the quartet’s friendship is stronger than ever before. We at CelebMix would like to say a huge WELL DONE to The Vamps for what has been achieved in these two years already, as we cannot wait to see what follows in the next two.

The Vamps new single ‘I Found A Girl’ ft OMI has just been released, how about as a little birthday present to them you head to iTunes and download it now?

What’s been your favourite milestone in the last two years for The Vamps? Which tracks from Meet The Vamps do you absolutely love? Be sure to tweet us at @CelebMix or our account dedicated to the guys @CelebMixVamps
