Recently, Irish band HomeTown had the amazing opportunity to record the theme tune for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2. The film is out now and the boys’ version of the song will feature during the end credits in Irish cinemas.
Since tweeting the video earlier today, they’ve had an amazing reaction on social media and such a positive response from fans. HomeTown have had so many big things happening this year such as touring arenas with The Vamps and now this! Hopefully there are many more exciting things yet to come.
In the video we even see a couple of the boys practicing their ninja skills which are definitely necessary when singing along to the song! They all did such an amazing job and it was definitely unexpected. It’s been stuck in our heads all day long because it’s so fun and catchy. You can see from the video how much energy they put into it which is always good to see.
If that wasn’t already enough, they’ll also be attending the premiere tomorrow night so hopefully we’ll get to find out more about how it all happened.
