After sending Twitter into a frenzy last night with their #HTAnnouncement teasing, Irish sextet HomeTown announced they’d be releasing a cover of The Chainsmokers track ‘Closer’ featuring Halsey.
This was followed by a day of fans sharing their excitement leading up the release of it this evening, the anticipation was definitely worth the wait as you can see below.

The guitar driven cover shows off HomeTown at their finest, with perfected harmonies and the friendship between the sextet. We absolutely love their take on this track, giving it the perfect HomeTown touch and by the looks of Twitter, a lot of fans feel the same!
