Following on from the single release of his latest single I Wish You Were Here, HRVY has unveiled the video for the track and it’s definitely a must watch.

Set in a prison it sees HRVY being thrown in a cell with an inmate a little larger and scarier than him. It doesn’t take long for it to become apparent that he’s not going to be the best of friends with his new cellmate. In a dream-like state, he takes his chance to escape and enlists fellow prisoners to join his dance squad as they move their way through the prison corridors. Cue the entrance of prison wardens to put on a show before we see him waking up and realising exactly what happened to him… Sounds good? Watch it below.

The track was produced by Loose Change (Little Mix) and Mojam (Emelie Sande) and co-written by Corey Sanders (Chainsmokers), Alex Stacey (One Republic) and Boy Matthews. We love that this track is pretty different from HRVY’s recent previous releases Hasta Luego and Personal, showing off an even funkier side to the teenage star.

HRVY has teased that another exciting announcement is coming later today. With him set to perform at BBC Radio 1 Teen Awards later this month, we hope it’s going to be more chances to see his fun live show. Keep your eyes peeled…
