This Sunday, HRVY plays his biggest ever headline show to date at London’s Eventim Apollo. Are you heading down? Here’s all you need to know.
Who is HRVY?
If you’re a fan of pop music, it’s impossible that you haven’t heard of HRVY. The 19-year-old is the industry’s next big thing. In fact, with the success of singles such as ‘Personal’ and ‘I Wish You Were Here’, alongside worldwide performances and appearances on stages such as Radio 1’s Teen Awards, HRVY is already that big thing.
Can I get tickets?
If you still haven’t got your tickets, you are in luck. Limited tickets for HRVY’s show at the Eventim Apollo remain and you can get them here. Be quick though, the pop star’s millions of fans have been snapping up the tickets ever since the date was announced in October. He’s sold out shows across the globe and it looks like Sunday’s date could do exactly the same.
What time is the show?
Opening at 4pm, HRVY and friends will be keeping you entertained until 8pm on Sunday.
What about the Eventim Apollo?
Formally the Hammersmith Apollo, the Eventim Apollo has held and continues to hold the biggest names in music, theatre and comedy. Famed for being the landmark venue for comedic nights Live At The Apollo, the likes of 5 Seconds of Summer, Halsey and Clean Bandit have all played sets there in 2018. In the past, everyone from The Beatles to Selena Gomez have also graced the same stage. HRVY is now a name amongst some of those biggest stars.
With a maximum capacity of over 5,000 people, the Eventim Apollo is situated in Hammersmith. A two-minute walk from Hammersmith station and 10 minutes from Hammersmith bridge, the Apollo couldn’t be easier to get to.
What can I expect from the show?
This is HRVY’s biggest show to date and he’ll be pulling out all the stops. He has teased big visuals and production, so Sunday is set to be the HRVY show you know x10. Super tight choreography with his long-standing dancing team, high energy and guaranteed live vocals are all on the cards.
The ‘Hasta Luego’-singer’s live sets have been raising the roof in smaller venues in the capital over the past few years. Now with a stage of the right size for his calibre, fans can expect the most knockout HRVY live experience to date.
What songs will HRVY be playing?
Without doubt, HRVY will be treating fans to hit singles ‘I Wish You Were Here’, ‘Hasta Luego’, ‘Personal’, ‘Holiday’ and ‘Talk To Ya’. Sunday will also see the first performance of latest stripped-back release ‘I Don’t Think About You‘.
Away from his biggest hits, HRVY has a great choice of tracks from EPs Talk To Ya and Holiday, including fan favourites such as ‘I Won’t Let You Down’ and ‘Phobia’. On previous tours, he’s also treated fans to covers including Ed Sheeran’s ‘Perfect’, Bruno Mars’ ‘That’s What I Like’ and Jonas Blue’s ‘Mama’. Some of those could also feature. A recent video on social media has also shown HRVY rehearsing Billy Eilish’s ‘when the party’s over’.
