The hunt for Rihanna’s stalker is on and going full speed ahead as the LAPD are scouring through his social media accounts.
The culprit who goes by the names Alex Mercer and Ralph Alexander threatened the singer and her ex-boyfriend Chris Brown with a gun back in May after posting a selfie on twitter of him claiming to be outside of her Los Angeles home in April.
The police are now stopping at nothing to trace the crook, going to great lengths by tracking him electronically after he posted a string of vicious messages directly and indirectly threatening the singers safety, such as: ‘Should of killed @rihanna a minute back I would be good right now’.
Rihanna is no stranger to incidents such as this with a series of stalker troubles plaguing her over the years. Back in 2013, an intruder was caught inside the artist’s $12million LA mansion. And a year later, 53-year-old homeless man Kevin McGlynn was faced with harassment and stalking charges after dropping off several menacing notes at the star’s Manhattan apartment. While last month itself, a man was escorted away by the police for attempting to gain access into the same property.
The fashion icon however, is taking it all in her stride and continuing to go about her daily life- with a full team of security no doubt. She was last seen with friends at a tattoo parlour in New York on Monday night.
