“Jason Derulo!” is back. He comes in tow with two other megastars and a huge banger.
Hot on the heels of his latest successful singles “Savage Love” (which currently tops multiple charts worldwide”) and “Coño“, Jason Derulo serves another insanely catchy treat to his fans today.
Teaming up with Brazilian mega-DJ Alok (“Hear Me Now”) and Danish DJ Martin Jenssen (“Solo Dance”), the trio created what might shape up to be the next, huge summer hit.
The new track is titled “Don’t Cry For Me” and that’s exactly what you truly should do while listening to his song. “Don’t Cry For Me” is basically the easy-going summer song that we needed during these times. It opts to go a more commercial and radio-friendly sound than we might be used to from both DJ and kicks off with a simple, strummed guitar before erupting into a rousing electronic brass section that is layered with Jason’s anthemically-soaring vocals.
It is catchy and uplifting while managing to stay true to all artists’ origins.
Talking about the collaboration, Alok says that “making music to create a connection and positive energy with fans is a privilege and helps to keep the balance in times like these. Jason and Martin made the difference in this collaboration and I can only be thankful.”
