Fans of Julia Michaels, get ready! The songstress has revealed that her new single ‘Jump’ will be released on May 4.
The ‘Issues’ star took to Twitter to tease the song’s release. It started with a countdown a few days ago which hinted at the release date, before Julia shared a picture of herself as a Star Wars Jedi because “May the 4th (force) be with you”, and all that.
Yesterday, Julia gave fans the biggest teaser yet by confirming the song title as ‘Jump’. She shared a cool video which also featured a ten second snippet of the track. Despite the clip sadly giving very little away, we cannot wait to hear what the talented singer-songwriter has been working on.

‘Jump’ will follow in the footsteps of Julia’s previous releases which include her debut single ‘Issues’, ‘Uh Huh’, ‘Heaven’, ‘I Miss You’ with Clean Bandit and her phenomenal EP Nervous System.
In addition to ‘Jump’, we will soon be hearing Julia’s collaboration with Shawn Mendes. The pair have worked together on a track called ‘Like To Be You’ which will feature on Shawn’s self-titled third album, due for release on May 25.
Julia is currently supporting Niall Horan on the European leg of his Flicker world tour. The remaining dates will see the pair visit Brussels, Munich, Zurich, Vienna, Bologna, Milan, Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon.
2018 looks set to be another sensational year for Julia Michaels and we cannot wait to see her get the recognition she deserves.
