Multi-talented producer and singer/songwriter Justine Blazer is ready to set the country-pop crossover scene alight with the release of her explosive new single ‘Plague’.
The track was officially released on April 10th and was originally slated to drop before the effects of the current health issues affecting the world in regards to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) global pandemic.
The single was penned by Justine Blazer and Randy Barnette and recorded at Blazer Studios in Nashville, alongside renowned musicians Lou Molitch and Mitch Predella. Blazer also self-produced the track in collaboration with Grant Clement and it was mastered by Machine.
Speaking about the surreal timing of the song’s release, Justine Blazer says: “What may seem perfect timing or a perfect storm, it’s pure coincidence or perhaps a premonition. My latest single, PLAGUE, truly represents the time we are in the world right now. I wrote this song last fall with Randy Barnett (MC1 Sony Orchard.) We wanted to create something real, dark and a fresh vibe I’ve never done before. I wanted to take risks and push myself further as a producer, writer, vocalist, and composer. I’m very proud of the result, this track, and my All-Star team.”
