Norwegian pop pioneers KEiiNO launch their latest assault on the charts this week, with the release of their brand new single single, ‘Alt Du Kan Se’ – a progressive, experimental pop banger that’s lyrically explores the suffocating emotions a person can experience when feeling trapped in the dark.
Co-written by the group along with Alexander Olsson and Rüdiger Schramm, and produced by TRüH (Rüdiger and Tom Hugo), the dramatic sounding track marks the first time band members Alexandra, Fred and Tom Hugo switch between singing in Norwegian, Northern Sami and English.
Presenting both light and shade, the trio combine heavy electronic beats with angelic sounding strings arrangements to create a powerful, and emotive sonic masterpiece that is sure to resonate with audiences worldwide.
Explaining the inspiration behind single (which translates in English to ‘All You Can See’) Tom says of song: “We, and I believe many of our fans, can relate to the feeling of being trapped in the dark on a sunny day. Fortunately, there are many everyday heroes around who can help open the curtains with their love and care, and this mood change can also be experienced in the song.”
