    Krista Siegfrids Is Back With New Single & Video For “Be Real”

    Some new music from Krista Siegfrids dropped today. “Be Real” has been released with a strong music video.

    She is mostly known for representing Finland in the Eurovision Song Contest 2013, where she came 24th with only 13 points. She wore a wedding dress and sang “Marry Me”, ending the performance with a girl-on-girl kiss. The ending did cause controversy at the time.

    She was previously a contestant on the first series of The Voice of Finland; where she was knocked out during the semi-finals.

    Since Eurovision, she has released a debut album, as well as a number of singles. Her latest, “Faller”, took her to the Melodifestivalen stage in 2015. Unfortunately, she didn’t advance from the semi-finals after placing fifth, therefore she didn’t become the Sweden representative for Eurovision 2015.

    Since then she has signed a contract with Universal Music Sweden and Stereoscope Scandinavia. This is her first single since been signed by these two record labels.

    Completely fierce the music video matches the song perfectly. The song was written by Krista Siegfrids, Leo Salminen, Brandon Bauer, and Topi Latukka. As for the video, it was directed by Elias Koskimies, whilst the choreography was created by Reija Wäre.

    The song itself inspires people to be real; just be you. Krista Siegfrids is singing about a guy, wanting him to wow her with his realness; all the while wowing us with her vocals. Pure power and strength as she’s singing, you can definitely tell she means every word. The club-sound pulses in perfect time, this is a song we want on the dancefloor.

    As for the music video, there is a killer dance scene and brilliant performance vibes leaking from Krista Siegfrids. Fearless throughout; she stuns us all.

    Bringing some confidence and girl power, Krista Siegfrids is surrounded by girls, who smash the choreography. In-sync throughout they will definitely be inspiring girls to be real and true to themselves.
