Following a two year hiatus, Leona Lewis is back with a bang, having released her fifth studio album I Am today as well as a string of tour dates for 2016.
The former X Factor winner has been enjoying the freedom to write the music she wanted, after separating from Simon Cowell’s Syco label. Now signed to Island Records, the ten track album is extremely emotional and reflects the upheaval and struggles she’s experienced in her personal life and professional career.
Tweeting her excitement earlier today, Leona said that “I feel like it’s my birthday! Thank u for the love buns”. To further celebrate the album release, Leona also announced her 2016 ‘I Am’ tour dates. She said “So so excited to announce a 2016 UK Tour!
