Lez Zeppelin is releasing their single, “Immigrant Song,” from their upcoming EP, Achilles, on Friday, September 13th.
Achilles will feature a variety of Led Zeppelin’s greatest compilations performed by the band with a string section and will be released on November 1st, followed by the Lez Zeppelin and a Whole Lotta Strings Tour.
Lez Zeppelin is a critically-acclaimed all-female rock group that pays tribute to the band, Led Zeppelin. The band consists of founder and guitarist Steph Paynes, vocalist Marlain Angelides, drummer Leesa Harrington Squyres, and bassist/keys Joan Chew. The band was founded in 2004 and have gained acclaim as one of the most exciting live acts around.
Led Zeppelin is best known for their songs, “Stairway to Heaven,” “Whole Lotta Love,” and many more.
Also on September 13th, the quartet will perform at the Metropolitan Museum of Art with the Play It Loud: Instruments of Rock ‘n’ Roll exhibition.
