Little Mix have announced that they will be releasing their new Christmas single ‘One I’ve Been Missing’ this Friday (November 22).
Jade, Jesy, Leigh-Anne and Perrie took to social media to announce the news. Sharing their excitement at releasing their very first Christmas single, the girls also revealed that we can expect more Christmasy content from them soon.
Earlier today, Little Mix sent Twitter wild with the hashtag #MerryMixmas. The tweet was accompanied by a video of Christmas cards being written to “the one I’ve been missing” with a snippet of the single being played in the background.
A Spotify pre-save link has also been posted on the group’s Twitter account, with another short snippet of the song.
Now that it’s actually been confirmed, we couldn’t be more excited to hear what a Christmas Little Mix single will sound like!
Whilst this will be their first Christmas single, the girls have released Christmas covers in the past including this gorgeous rendition of ‘Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)’.
Little Mix are currently on their UK arena tour. The girls will be performing in Leeds tonight and tomorrow (18-19 November) before finishing off with two nights at London’s O2 Arena on November 21-22.
