Majestic British pop princess Lo Lauren further cements her status as one of the UK’s most exciting new recording artists today (January 31st) with the release of her anthemic new single ‘Born To Run’.
Co-written in Copenhagen alongside regular collaborators Carys Selvey, Andreas Mikkelsen and Marco Twellman, with production by slowmo and andysocialclub, the super energetic, self-assured track serves as the latest offering from the singers highly-anticipated, upcoming EP ‘Wonderlust’ which is scheduled to drop Friday, April 11th.
Filled with a rush of infectious beats and super sweet melodies, the glittery pop bop delivers as Lo’s most “raw and brutally honest” release yet, it’s defiant lyrics and unapologetic message reflective of the young stars unwavering ambition as she goes all out in the pursuit of her dreams.
Commenting on the empowering track, Lauren says: “Wanting to be an artist in the music industry means making that your sole focus over absolutely everything and all kinds of relationships, be it friends, family or love interests. This song is about my feelings of ambition, lack of want to settle and constant battle of prioritising ‘real life’ vs my dreams. It’s so hard and pretty savage! But it’s also just the reality and the sacrifices that come with wanting the things I do, soz.”

Along with the release of more new music, Lo Lauren recently announced details of her first showcase of the year at Paper Dress Vintage in London on Tuesday 18th February. Tickets are on sale now, and available to purchase here.
News of the show comes just weeks after the ‘Wonder’ singer supported American pop artist Mercer Henderson, at the American stars sold out show at The Grace as part of her 2025 Don’t Be A Stranger Tour.
