British pop LEGEND Louise celebrates the joy of finding love again with the release of her empowering new single “High Hopes”.
Written by Starsmith (Ellie Goulding, Marina and The Diamonds) and produced by Joshua Grant (Sean Mendez), the uplifting track serves as the second original song to be taken from the singers upcoming greatest hits album, following the release of “Super Magic” – an 80’s inspired pop masterpiece, that marked Louise’s first new music since the unveiling of her fourth studio album “Heavy Love” back in January 2020.
Sounding more optimistic and self-assured than ever before, the uplifting nature of “High Hopes” marks something of lyrical shift for the “Small Talk” singer, who’s musical efforts of late have very much centred around more melancholy subject matters.
Voicing her desire for change, the track opens with a defiant Louise stating she no longer wants to stay “in the shadows”, before declaring “I’m prepared, not even scared to let you in, you give me high hopes” – her authentic, soulful vocal radiating an unbridled sense of positivity and hope.

Set to drop Friday, June 2nd 2023 via Tag 8/ BMG, ‘Louise Greatest Hits’ will include each of the singers solo singles, alongside five new tracks and reimagined classics from her time with Eternal, all produced by legendary songwriter and music producer Steve Anderson (Steps, Kylie Minogue, Westlife).
To celebrate the albums release, Louise will perform an extra special “Audience with…” style show at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire in London on Thursday, June 1st 2023. Tickets are on sale now.
Of the event, the “Stretch” singer says: “I wanted to do something extra special for you all as I’ve seen so many of you asking for a Greatest Hits show since I announced the album, so I’ve decided to make this YOUR show! I want to know which tracks you’d like me to perform! Anything from the last 30 years; from Eternal, solo tracks, album tracks, B-sides to covers, your input is very important to make this an extra special show! I’ll also be asking you to submit your questions for a Q&A during the show AND I’ll be joined by some VERY special guests on the night!”
