Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead has revealed she is expecting her first child with on/off boyfriend Josh Patterson.
The television personality said the news has come as a ‘huge shock’ and revealed she and Patterson are not currently in a relationship.
Speaking to Hello! Magazine Binky said “this is a new start and a new chapter in our lives.”
“I want to be a little family, to be honest, but I’m going to be okay either way.”
“Whatever happens, this baby is not going to be affected. And I know Josh will be part of the baby’s life whether we are together or not.”
“We are a unit now.”
Patterson added “Where we’re both being very mature is with the fact that you should never get back together just because there’s a baby in the picture.”
“It has to be for the right reasons.”
“We love each other a great deal, and there’s no pressure – but you do have to take the past into consideration, where there have been a few hiccups.”
“We’re just taking it very easy.”
The couple’s turbulent history has been documented on the E4 reality show Made In Chelsea, since they officially began dating in 2015.
Binky took to Twitter to announce the news to fans last night.

Posting on Instagram earlier today, Felstead revealed she had now told some of her Made In Chelsea co-stars her exciting news.
Felstead, who recently signed to Select Model Management, is expected to document her pregnancy on the next series of Made in Chelsea.
It is unknown though if the baby will appear on the show.
