Mel B, known as Scary Spice to basically everyone on the planet, is making her triumphant return to the New York Broadway stage. She will be joining the long-running hit, Tony-winning musical Chicago. There is no announcement yet as to which role she will be playing in the murderous, female driven musical.

Mel B is no stranger to the stage since the 1990’s with her perfect girlband The Spice Girls. After multiple hits and world tours, the girls are currently on a hiatus with hopes of them soon returning in commemoration of their 20th anniversary. Mel has consistently stayed in the limelight with her hosting duties and judging duties on Britain’s Got Talent, America’s Got Talent, and The X Factor, while also catering to a long running acting and successful solo career since the early 2000’s.

She is also no stranger to the Broadway stage having made her debut in another hit musical Rent. Her debut as Mimi was a big deal having just ended her time with The Spice Girls.

Mel will be performing in Chicago for an eight-week limited run, January 28th-Febuary 19th.

Mel B will sure make another splash on the great white way and we cannot wait to see what else our favorite Spice Girl does.
