Rising DJ and producer Melle Brown teams up with pioneering, music industry veteran Annie Mac on her latest single ‘Feel About You’ – a playful, and infectious dance anthem that serves as an open love letter to “friendship, youth and nightclubbing”.
With additional production from Toddla T., and accompanied by Annie’s dulcet tones and story-like lyrics, the super evocative track blends sultry dance grooves and thumping house beats to create an out-and-out summer banger that looks set to go down a storm in clubs around the world in the coming months.
Commenting on the track Melle says in a press release: “Producing ‘Feel About You’ was a whirlwind experience, but what I think is so special is that sonically the track echoes precisely the incredible time we had making it together. I’m honoured Annie trusted me with her voice and empowered me as an up and coming producer artist – letting me lead and carve the direction I heard for my track, encouraging me every step of the way. I’m buzzing that everyone can now enjoy it with us!”
With Mac adding: “The song, is a love letter to friendship and to youth and to nightclubbing. It’s about making home from home, belonging, and the revelatory nature of music. It’s a mirror image of so many nights out I’ve been lucky enough to have… And thinking about it, the whole experience of making it was completely spontaneous and filled with a sense of freedom and fun, which is just like the story in the song.”
