Mike Perry has released his new single ‘Hands’, which features The Vamps and Sabrina Carpenter.
If you’ve been to see The Vamps on the UK leg of their Middle of the Night tour, then you’ll already be familiar with this catchy song. The band have been performing the song with Sabrina (who is supporting them on tour) during every show, and it has already become a huge hit among the fans. Mike even joined The Vamps and Sabrina to perform the song in Manchester earlier this month!
The studio version further showcases that ‘Hands’ is the perfect summer bop. The slick production, combined with the energy and vocals from The Vamps and Sabrina, provides us with our new favourite road trip anthem.
Mike Perry is a Swedish DJ, best known for his international debut single ‘The Ocean’ featuring Shy Martin. ‘Hands’ is the follow up single to his last offering, ‘Body To Body’ which features Imani Williams. The DJ is certainly on a roll with his collabs and we can’t wait to hear who else he teams up with in the future.
In addition to ‘Hands’, The Vamps recently released ‘Middle of the Night’, complete with a music video for it in support of Deaf Awareness Week. The band’s UK tour comes to an end tonight in Birmingham’s Genting Arena, however, we’ve got their forthcoming album and a series of intimate shows in July to look forward to.
‘Hands’ is also Sabrina’s latest release, following on from her incredible single ‘Thumbs’ (we’re loving the coincidental body parts theme here!). Having supported The Vamps in the UK, Sabrina will be heading out on a headline US tour later this summer. The De-Tour will span across numerous cities, with Alex Aiono and New Hope Club in tow as support.
