MKTO are back with their brand new single, ‘Shoulda Known Better’.
After teasing the track on social media, Malcolm David Kelley and Tony Oller finally unveiled the track on Friday (June 14) and it’s safe to say that it’s another bop from the pop-rap duo. Prior to releasing the track, MKTO tweeted “Not sure who needs to hear this, but don’t. text. them.” and this anthem is definitely one for those who’ve been tempted to return to an ex.
Armed with a synth-laden chorus, ‘Shoulda Known Better’ is another infectious offering from the duo who previously brought us ‘Classic’, ‘Superstitious’ and ‘American Dream’. With Tony’s soulful vocals at the helm, Malcolm adds a fierce rap to spice up proceedings. There’s no doubt that these two are a total dream team, and ‘Shoulda Known Better’ is just a taste of what they’ve been busy creating.

‘Shoulda Known Better’ follows on from MKTO’s previous comeback single, ‘How Can I Forget’, which has since racked up over 34 million streams on Spotify.
MKTO have just rounded up a mini tour of the West Coat, whilst they’ll also be performing at HD98.3’s Little Sundress Party on June 19 in North Augusta alongside Drax Project and We Three.
