Talking about queens of music Janet Jackson not only received a Global Icon award but also performed a medley of her hits. In her extravagant performance, there were African drummers, flames, fire breathers, plus some more flames and fire for good measure.

There were a couple of ‘different’ entrances. From Nicki Minaj in a lift, Bebe Rexha appearing from a bathtub and Halsey performing Without Me chained in a box before being unleashed to sing in the rain.
