Nashville Returns to UK TV This Friday

It has been months since the hit US drama Nashville was last on UK TV with Sky Living screening the season 4 final episode back last year. The episode was filled with the usual suspense that fans of the music show have grown accustomed to and was also left on a major cliff-hanger with country singer Juliette Barnes (Hayden Panettiere) being the victim of a plane crash.

Fans have been left on tenterhooks ever since to see if the troubled star survives and whether she rekindles her romance with ex-husband and father of her daughter Cadence, Avery Barkley (Jonathan Jackson).

There was a happy ending for the James/Claybourne family however with teenager Maddie (Lennon Stella) returning home to live with her parents after emancipating from them.

Now, Sky Living the official UK home of Nashville has confirmed that the series will be back on our screens this Friday, April 28th at 9pm.

There has also been further happy news for viewers of the music drama after its new channel CMT who picked up the show after it was axed by US network ABC, confirmed they have commissioned a sixth season.

You can view a full episode recap from Nashville season 4 on the ABC website!
