Christina Milian is definitely popping up here, there, and everywhere, and it’s about time she makes a return to the spotlight. She has a lot of exciting upcoming projects, which includes this interesting Netflix romantic comedy film, Falling Inn Love, which recently had its official trailer released via Netflix’s official YouTube Channel.

The tongue-in-cheek title makes it obvious that an inn is involved in the storyline. Christina Milian plays city girl Gabriela Diaz who decides to enter a competition to win an inn, after she loses her job and her boyfriend, both in one go. As it turns out, she wins the competition and flies out to New Zealand; however, the inn is in total disrepair, unlike the photos that were advertised.

She decides to stay and fix up the inn to the way it’s supposed to be. In doing so, she recruits the help of Jake Taylor, played by Adam Demos, and together they transform the inn; but, it does come with its own problems, from falling in love to a very pesky goat. This is certainly one rom-com we do not want to miss.

The new Netflix film has been directed by Roger Kumble, and Robyn Snyder acted as the Producer, whilst the script comes from Elizabeth Hackett and Hilary Galanoy. Other stars appearing in the film include Jeffrey Bowyer-Chapman, Anna Jullienne, Claire Chitham, Blair Strang, Jonathan Martin, William Walker, Daniel Watterson, and Simone Walker.

Falling Inn Love is set to be officially released on the streaming service on 29 August 2019, which was confirmed a few weeks ago alongside some stills of the film.

Christina Milian is quickly returning to the spotlight this year, she recently released an awesome new track with DARKO, titled “Saturday“, which was followed up with a bunch of remixes; she starred in the second season of The Oath, and is set to appear in Netflix musical drama series Soundtrack which was previously known as Mixtape; we hope that an actual soundtrack from the series is added to streaming services.
