Welcome back to our second New Music Round Up! Last week, we shared 14 of the hottest new musical offerings with you, and we’ve got even more for you today.
With the huge debut release from Harry Styles rightfully dominating charts and streams across the world this week, it’s quite possible that you might have missed out on some of the other tracks which were released. Here’s 16 awesome tracks which you should check out.
Bright Light Bright Light – ‘Stay (I Missed You)’
Rod Thomas, aka Bright Light Bright Light, is back with some more new music. ‘Stay (I Missed You)’, a poignant version of the 90s ballad from Reality Bites, is the second track to be lifted from his forthcoming EP, Cinematography II : Back In The Habit, which is out on April 28.

SAINT WKND – ‘Make You Mine’ featuring Boy Matthews
‘Make You Mine’ is the second single from SAINT WKND’s forthcoming EP, Golden Youth which is out now. Featuring vocals from Boy Matthews, the track is a slick RnB tinged electronic offering. SAINT WKND is an artist on the rise who we definitely recommend you keep an ear out for.

J Balvin and Pitbull – ‘Hey Ma’ featuring Camila Cabello (English Version)
‘Hey Ma’ is a collaboration between J Balvin and Pitbull, featuring former Fifth Harmony star Camila Cabello. The track is taken from the upcoming Fast and Furious movie and soundtrack Fate Of The Furious and has been released in both Spanish and English. The Spanish version was released last month and has since racked up over 52 million views.

ROZES – ‘Matches’ (Acoustic)
A short while ago, we shared ‘Matches’ with you, a collaboration between ROZES and Cash Cash. Now, ROZES, the stunning voice behind the track, has given the song a new lease of life by unveiling a gorgeous acoustic version of it. Prepare to be dazzled!
Ms Banks – ‘OMG’
‘OMG’ is the latest offering from South London hip-hop artist Ms Banks. Synonymous for her potent lyrical skills and deadly delivery, she is one to watch for sure. To coincide with her new track, Ms Banks has shared an equally incredible visual in which she proudly takes to the streets of London, including her own neighbourhood of Walworth Road.

Monogem – ‘Wild’
Indie singer-songwriter Monogem recently unveiled the official video for her single ‘Wild’. Directed by Finders Pictures, the video stars Coco Arquette (daughter of Courteney Cox and David Arquette) and Matthew RC Taylor (Musical.ly and Instagram star). The video follows the two friends during a wild night in.

MOONZz x Restless Modern – ‘Navigator’
‘Navigator’ is an electronic/pop crossover collaboration between MOONZz and Restless Modern. The pair have combined their efforts to create a dreamy synth-laden track, making it a great addition to your chilled playlist.

DJ Pebbles – ‘Heart Away From You’
DJ Pebbles is an Australian-born, NYC-based DJ/vocalist who recently released her latest track, ‘Heart Away From You’. The breathy dance track is infectious and full of infectious lyrics. With Randy Jackson as her manager, we have high hopes for DJ Pebbles.
LANY – ‘It Was Love’
‘It Was Love’ is the third track to be unveiled from LANY’s self-titled debut album, which is set for release on June 30. The song tells the starry-eyed story of a burgeoning romance that never made it to fruition. LANY is available to pre-order now and includes instant grat downloads of ‘It Was Love’, ‘Good Girls’ and ‘ILYSB’.

Lauv – ‘The Other’ (Stripped)
Lauv has released a stripped version of his critically acclaimed song, ‘The Other’. The version was released to coincide with the announcement of his ‘late nights, deep talks’ tour, which will see Lauv perform across the States in May and June.
Sody – ‘Let Go’
16-year-old Sody recently dropped the music video for her latest single, ‘Let Go’. The infectious pop song is lyrically mature, and shows that the singer is wise beyond her years. Currently studying for her GCSE’s, we reckon Sody has a bright future ahead of her.

Corey James – ‘Bring It’
Corey James is back with an electro-tinged track, just in time for the festival season. ‘Bring It’ is his latest offering, and proves to be another dance anthem which is sure to be a hit across clubs.

Sigrid – ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’ (Gryffin Remix)
Norwegian singer/songwriter Sigrid has enlisted the help of producer Gryffin to rework her debut single ‘Don’t Kill My Vibe’. Gryffin’s rendition features soft piano chords and rolling drums underpinning Sigrid’s soaring vocal performance, before falling into a plethora of synth patterns.
MYBADD – ‘Party On A Weekday’ featuring Olivia Holt
Producer/writer-turned-artist MYBADD has released his debut single called ‘Party On A Weekday’. The track is a collaboration with US star Olivia Holt, and we’re already obsessed with the fun, energetic vibe. As debuts go, MYBADD is one to watch.
JoLivi – ‘Problems’
JoLivi is back with another slice of pop, with new single ‘Problems’. Taking things back to basic, sound-wise, JoLivi wants to put across that the song is “about having no shame. Leaving everything on the table.” We love her slick vibe, making this a must-have song on any playlist.
Aniya – ‘Demon’
Finally, we’re ending this week’s round up with the debut single from exciting new artist Aniya. ‘Demon’ was written and co-produced by Aniya, with Engine Earz (Ray BLK, Jorja Smith, Wretch 32). It was mastered out of Metropolis Studios by Tony Cousins who has worked on previous tracks with Adele, Massive Attack, The Verve, Annie Lennox & many more.
