Tis the season to be a fan of super talented, humble, and hardworking guys. Ya know, like the guys of One Direction who are embarking on their solo careers and taking us all on a rollercoaster ride along with them. It’s not that much different than when they were together for their ‘first chapter’ except that when we’re buying songs, albums, and registering for tickets it’s for one guy at a time. So it’s four times the stress!
We’re kidding, at least…sort of kidding, but it is a lot to keep up with and Niall Horan is the latest member to announce his solo tour. So now we’ve entered another round of Ticketmaster Registered Fan Verification and we’re keeping our fingers crossed. We’re also so excited and happy for Niall – he’s been doing summer radio shows and some late night talk show performances as well and he loves being on that stage. He’s got an energy that few other performers have and he can control the audience with a slow acoustic tune just as much as he can with a more upbeat number.
The experience isn’t lost on Niall, and while he enjoys the huge crowds, his first tour is going to be a small venue experience and if you think back to this performance of This Town, we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us for an entire set.
Now, for his first tour he’s also keeping it small in the number of dates he’ll be traveling. It’s at the end of this year and near the holidays so he’s going on a short run for his first tour and will undoubtedly be back in the (near) future.
He’s starting his tour at the Olympia Theater in Dublin, Ireland on August 29th and the last show of Flicker Sessions 2017 will be at The Masonic in San Francisco on November 22nd.

We are so thrilled that Niall gets to have these small venues for his first time on the road as a solo artist and hope you’re just as excited as we are.
Congrats Niall, we’ll see you on the road.
