The longer One Direction’s hiatus drags on, the more we see Niall Horan’s inner golfer come out. In between starting his own golf management company and working on his own golfing skills, Niall has found the time to attend “An Evening With Rory” in Dublin, a charity event organised by his good friend and the world’s number 1 golfer Rory McIlroy.
For the charity event McIlroy teamed up with James Nesbitt and Sir Alex Ferguson to offer attendees a chance to “step into the world of Rory McIlroy”, as explained on their website. All proceeds from the evening will go to the Rory Foundation, a non-profit organisation that aims to have a positive impact on children’s lives.
Niall’s attendance at “An Evening With Rory” marks the start of a busy golf-filled week for the Irish lad, with the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open starting tomorrow and lasting until Sunday. Niall was spotted boarding his flight to Dublin with his golf clubs, so we expect some snaps of Mr. Horan showing his skills in the upcoming days.
Later this summer, Niall’s golf company will be the official partner for the Northern Ireland Open, something about which Niall has said he’s “hugely excited”.
