Niall Horan has announced today that he will be debuting a song for the upcoming film, Smallfoot, which hits theaters September 28, 2018. According to the singer’s post, the track is called “Finally Free” and will be released this coming Friday, July 6th.

As to how Horan became involved with the film, he said “from the minute I seen a small clip from it, I was in straight away.” He also told fans Smallfoot is a “must see” and that his song will be included in the movie’s soundtrack.

Niall Horan isn’t the only big star attached to the film, as Channing Tatum stars as the voice of Migo, a yeti scientist who discovers something he thought didn’t exist – a human, AKA “the smallfoot.” Alongside Tatum is the star-studded cast of James Corden, Zendaya, Common, LeBron James, Gina Rodriguez, Danny DeVito, Yara Shahidi, Ely Henry and Jimmy Tatro.
