    Nic Luken is a 25-year-old American actor and singer who has found worldwide fame thanks to his role as Jonah Ford in the hit US drama Nashville. The supremely talented rising star joined the show for the sixth and final season as the pop sensation and love interest to Maddie Conrad (Lennon Stella).

    The series is on mid-season break in States at the moment but over here in the UK we are only a few episodes into the last ever series and are just starting to see the growing the relationship between Maddie and Jonah.

    In the last episode screened on British TV last Friday we saw the teenagers getting closer as they worked in the recording studio on a song titled ‘Will You Feel The Same’. It’s a fantastic pop track that showcases the incredible vocal talents of both Lennon Stella and Nic Luken – AKA Ford and Conrad.

    In later episodes of the country music drama we will see the pair performing the hit song on stage in front of an adoring crowd. These scenes are yet to be screened in the UK;

    Before Nashville, Nic Luken starred in a number of movies such as Ride, but he is now becoming a famous name across the globe thanks to his role in the musical series. Speaking to Starry Mag the rising star opened up about working on the show and his future plans as a musician saying: “Right now my main two focuses have been “Nashville” and music, which is cool because they both go hand and hand”.

    And asked whether fans can expect an album in the near future the excited star replied: “YES. Oh, yes”.

    And it is musical talents combined with his acting skills that make him a real contender for The Next Big Thing this year. Luken has all the ingredients needed to become a worldwide superstar in 2018.
