NOAHFINNCE turns years under the spotlight online into a grungy punk banger on latest single ‘GROWING UP ON THE INTERNET’.
From ADHD to LGBT and manic picture sending to ‘when a nonce got a tattoo of me’ the rip-roaring track sees the rising star at his most powerful yet as he rattles through a crazy supercut of adolescence on the internet.
The release comes after NOAHFINNCE dropped the ‘dark and dancey’ hit ‘I KNOW BETTER’ in May and a month ahead of hitting the road on the incredibly named Goopy Goopers Tour.
Writing about ‘GROWING UP ON THE INTERNET’ on Instagram, NOAHFINNCE said: “For real, this is my favourite song so far and I know I say that a lot but this is also my manager’s favourite of mine and I spent an hour walking round my road with my headphones on just listening to it because I’m so excited about it.”
The star, who amassed a huge following on YouTube before releasing original music, continues his rise as one of pop/punk’s most exciting voices.
NOAHFINNCE has also teamed up with Sophie Powers and The Tyne on hits and has seen his live show grow through long headline tours in the UK and USA, as well as prime headline slots such as this year’s set at Slam Dunk festival.
The singer will visit Brighton, Glasgow, Cardiff, Newcastle, London and Belfast on the Goopy Goopers Tour this October with support from Blackout Problems and Lou. Tickets go on sale at 10 am on Wednesday, August 9 – you can get them here.
