One Direction may be on a break, but the fans certainly aren’t.
Over and over again, we hear the One Direction boys thank their fans for being the “best fans in the world.” The boys agree, the fans agree, and we agree; but it’s time for everyone else to appreciate Directioners as well.
As the four boys continue their 18-month hiatus, their fans are still storming Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and all sorts of social media. Now that the band is nominated for the iHeartRadio Music Awards, their fans are going even harder.
The iHeartRadio Music Awards 2016 will take place on April 3rd, live at The Forum in Los Angeles.
Until then, we encourage One Direction fans and non-fans alike to vote for the #BestFanArmy awards.
- You can vote using the hashtags: #Directioners, #BestFanArmy, and #iHeartAwards.
- Include all three on your posts on either Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
We encourage fans to vote on Twitter because it is the quickest platform to send votes. In 140 characters or less, you can vote for Directioners for their own award! Louis, Harry, Niall, and Liam may have enough awards between them to last them a lifetime, but it’s time for their fans to get the rightful recognition they deserve.
To make things easier on One Direction fans, iHeartRadio is counting retweets as votes as well. Go on a crazy tweeting spree and retweet everything you see with the hashtag! Tweets with photos and videos are counted as well, but beware of typos!
One Direction is also up for the “Best Duo/Group of the Year” award, making it two nominations in total.
We wish Directioners the best, because after the emotional and stressful year they’ve had? They deserve it. No doubt.
It’s been a wild ride the past couple years, but One Direction fans are still going strong. Even though the media and the public fail appreciate Directioners for all their hard work, the four boys certainly don’t forget. Louis, Harry, Niall, and Liam always take their time to acknowledge how absolutely amazing their fans are.
At the end of the day, One Direction’s love and support is all the fans ask for in exchange for their hard work and sweat. One Direction and Directioners are the greatest team we have ever seen. Lots of respect to both ends of the party!
