Afro pop singer Peter Okoye, also known as Mr. P, has released his new single “Zombies”. Accompanied with the track is the music video that features upcoming artist Simi. Both the track and the video were released yesterday by the singer.
Peter is an award winning and multi-talented musician best known for being half of the internationally recognized pop duo P-Square.
He is also a businessman involved in diverse sectors. He is currently a solo artist known by the moniker Mr. P and since going solo has won multiple awards and released hit singles, “Cool it Down”, “Look into my Eyes”, “MY Way” and “Ebeano.”
Unlike what the title suggests, his new song is not a throwback single for the Halloween but a track that uses “zombie” as a motif.
In the video, Peter describes how his new lover has turned him into a Zombie because his love for her is controlling every aspect of his life. “Zombie” takes its listener on an exciting mélange of afro-beats and R&B rhythms. Instruments that are used as a base to the single makes it easy for the listener to consume the message and at the same time, maker her/him groove to the track.

Both artists give a good account of themselves vocally in this love song which we are sure everyone will enjoy. The song is produced by P-Classic producer Daihardbeats.
