Picture This have well and truly kicked off their new music era, with the release of ‘One Night,’ a heartbreakingly beautiful track depicting infidelity in a relationship.
Earlier this week, a short preview of the single was shared on the band’s official Instagram, building anticipation for the upcoming release.

‘One Night’ sees Picture This – comprising of members Ryan Hennessy, Jimmy Rainsford, Owen Cardiff and Cliff Deane – deliver another exceptional single, following on from previous releases such as ‘Take My Hand,’ ‘Addicted To You’ and ‘One Drink.’ The track is filled with sheer emotion, with the lyrics proving incredibly thought-provoking. A delicate acoustic guitar and cinematic production accompany the track, adding to its beautiful nature.

Speaking about their recent release, the four-piece comment:
”One Night’ is not just a song about the complete and utter turmoil of being cheated on by the one you love. It is a defiant stance to that stage where the person who has done you wrong says they wish they hadn’t, and they wish that they had done things differently. This song is saying maybe if you didn’t go and cause all the hurt that you caused, then you wouldn’t be in this desperate position. We hope ‘One Night’ helps people to not pick up the phone to the so-called lovers who have broken their hearts.’

In 2017 and 2018, Picture This were Ireland’s biggest selling act. Over the years, they have gone from strength to strength. Their debut album, released in 2017, held the Number One position in Ireland for four weeks. The band have also embarked on headline tours, performing their music live for their dedicated legions of loyal supporters.
The release of their second album, ‘MDRN LV,’ holds some stand-out achievements in Picture This’ career thus far. The album became the top-selling album from an Irish artist in 2019. In addition to their music releases, the band continued with their record-breaking touring achievements, selling out a record-breaking five-night stint at Dublin’s 3Arena.

Further, Picture This unveiled three outdoor shows for summer 2020 around Ireland – performing in Cork, Dublin and Belfast. Tickets for these shows will be available from Thursday 24 October at 9 am.
