Pierce The Veil Releases Video for “Floral & Fading”

San Diego’s Pierce The Veil (Vic Fuentes Jaime Preciado, Tony Perry, and Mike Fuentes) just released a video to one of our favorite tracks off of their latest album Misadventures, titled “Floral & Fading”!

To celebrate the video, the band had a special event at the Paramount Drive-In Theatre in Paramount, California where the band did a Q&A broadcast on Facebook Live for fans worldwide, performed an acoustic set, and screened the video on the drive-in big screen for the lucky people who won to attend.

“We weren’t really sure what kind of song we were making when we recorded ‘Floral & Fading,'” said Vic. “It was sort of a studio experiment that ended up being one of my favorites on the album. It’s a love song to my girl about ignoring all the internet hate we got when we first started dating and focusing on each other instead.”

You can catch the band headlining the Rest In Space tour starting February 17th-March 10th. They’ll also be performing at festivals such as 98ROCK Fest in Tampa, Welcome to Rockville, Carolina Rebellion, Northern Invasion and Rock On The Range.

My name is Melanie Gomez (25) and I graduated with a BA in print journalism with music management as my minor. I loved music since I was a kid because it was always a way my family and I bonded, as well as a way to express myself on my own time as I got older. I’m not a singer and I don’t play an instrument, so my way of being part of the music industry is by getting to write about the music I love in various reviews and through my concert photography. Another goal? To make people smile.
