Get ready to raise your glass as it’s been announced that Pink will sing the National Anthem at this year’s Super Bowl LII on February 4.
The news was announced on NFL Network earlier today. Pink will be joined by actress Alexandria Wailes, who will perform the anthem and “America The Beautiful” in American Sign Language on behalf of the National Association of the Deaf.

Pink follows in the footsteps of artists such as Lady Gaga, Alicia Keys, Beyoncé, Christina Aguilera, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, who have all performed the anthem at the Super Bowl in the past.
This will be Pink’s first time performing at the Super Bowl and is one of many high-profile slots for the singer this year. She is also due to perform at the GRAMMY Awards, where her song ‘What About Us’ is nominated for Best Pop Solo Performance. The singer will also head out on her Beautiful Trauma world tour on March 1.
It has already been announced that Justin Timberlake will be this year’s half-time performer. He recently dropped a new single called ‘Filthy’, and announced his album Man of the Woods (due for release on February 2) and its supporting tour.
Super Bowl LII takes place at Minneapolis’ U.S. Bank Stadium on February 4th.
