We have a brand new song from Ruth Lorenzo as she gears up to release her second studio album, “Loveaholic”. This song, titled “My Last Song”, is the second single from the LP, following “Good Girls Don’t Lie“; both songs certainly prove how awesome Spanish female artist is, and she totally deserves to be an international sensation.
Regardless of the song’s title, “My Last Song” is not Ruth Lorenzo’s last song, she’s far from putting music behind her and instead she’s made it into a career she has dreamed of for years and years. The song was written by Ruth Lorenzo, George Tizzard, and Rick Parkhouse. As for the album, that’ll be released on 9 March 2018, and we hope we get another promotional single from her before it’s dropped.
She’s best known in the UK for coming fifth in the fifth series of The X Factor. During the sing-off she sang Prince’s “Purple Rain”, a performance everyone still talks about today – talk about blowing everyone away. As for the rest of the world, they know her from the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 where she represented Spain with her song “Dancing In The Rain”. She came tenth with 74 points. Following that, she appeared as a contestant on Tu Cara Me Suena – the Spanish version of Your Face Sounds Familiar – where she won the show.
